Minor note: there’s no natural light, which my team initially loved for control reasons but felt a little stark for our cocktail reception. The venue is upfront about this — it’s a soundstage, not a loft. We solved it with uplighting, which looked beautiful, but budget that in if atmosphere is important for your reception portion.

Had to accommodate our entire Seattle office for a major announcement. Aurora was the only venue in the city with the AV infrastructure to handle 600 seats, a proper stage, and streaming to our remote workforce simultaneously.

Daniela’s team was methodical — pre-event technical checklist, dedicated point of contact day-of, post-event debrief. This is a production company that happens to be a venue.

We hosted a hybrid concert — 700 in the room, 3,400 watching the stream. The PTZ camera setup and the production booth handled the dual-output smoothly and our online audience numbers were the best we’d had for any virtual event.
