About
Built for production. Open for everything.
I'm Daniela Chen. I spent 12 years as a production manager for broadcast and live events, and I got tired of watching clients pay for spaces that couldn't handle real production. In 2022 we converted a former Fremont warehouse into Aurora Stage Works — a facility built from the ground up for events that need broadcast-grade AV without compromising on atmosphere.
The studios
Main Studio is 12,000 sq ft with 50-foot ceilings, a 12-channel DMX lighting grid, motorized full-perimeter blackout curtains, and two PTZ cameras wired for livestreaming. The 4K projection setup covers front and rear configurations. Secondary Studio is a 3,200 sq ft secondary space — reconfigures into classroom, rounds, or hollow square in under 2 hours.
Open catering, always
We run a strict open catering policy. You hire whoever you want — licensed and insured. We provide a green-room kitchen, 30A service circuits along all four perimeters, and a dedicated caterer coordination walkthrough before every event. We don't take referral cuts and we don't have preferred vendor kickback arrangements.
The team
Daniela (Senior Event Producer), Marcus (Technical Director), and a crew of 4–8 production and venue staff. Our technical director has 18 years of live-event and broadcast production experience.
